Very friendly low keyed and good food

I loved the tenderloin sandwich, the staff were friendly and the chef did a good job with the flavor of the food. Will be coming back for sure.

Good solid pub food. Friendly service, and the best people around are here. You will gain new friends and meet interesting folks here. Wine Wednesday is awesome.

Food is delicious! They have a lot of TVs for sporting events and a combination of bar, high top tables, and regular tables. You can bring kids here during the day when it is more of a restaurant feel.

Called in a to-go order. Came to pick it up about 30 mins later. I'm pretty sure they started cooking it when I got there. Had to wait another 15-20 minutes. Food's not good enough to go through that again.

Very tasty food and large portions

Tried it out on a Tuesday night and really enjoyed it. Warm decor, relaxing and upbeat atmosphere. The menu includes sandwiches, burgers, snack food, salads, and entrees like Cajun steak. The waitress told us that our fish and chips plates would have a lot of food, and she was not lying! The slaw had a different flavor than I expected..it was good and unexpected. A great place for a weekday date or to have drinks and conversation with a group of friends.

We were pleasantly surprised on our first visit. From the outside it looks like a hole in the wall, but the interior is nicer than we expected. The menu is above average for a pub, with a good variety. The club sandwich is no joke! Good luck eating it all. The River Cheeseburger is yummy, but the seasoning is a little on the salty side so it may not appeal to everyone. I enjoyed it, though! You can’t go wrong with the tater tots either.

Amazingly, you can find delicious healthy food here in addition to pub fare!

Buffalo chicken wrap fell apart instantly and was soaked all the way through with watery buffalo sauce. Fries were incredibly stale. They didn't have Diet Coke so I got Sprite, which had no sugar in it so it was basically club soda. Very disappointed. Staff was very nice though!

This is my go to place! The staff is welcoming, the regulars are easy to talk to, and their menu is good with a lot of options plus the portion size is sharable. I feel very comfortable as a woman at the River Pub with or without company. Lesa and Megan rock!

Great neighborhood bar and grill. Lots of regulars so it's a "family" of customers. Not cliquish though. You can be a newcomer and be welcome there. So long as you're not an ass. Easy to get banned if u get drunk and act a fool. Really good bar food. Not pretentious or overpriced.

Nice local bar where folks seem to know each other. Food was okay. The lettuce wedge was good, and large enough to be a meal on its own.

Good pub food and reasonably priced

Had lunch there with my Daughter we had the Roast Beef au jus which was incredibly good, wow thr freshness of the roll combined with the roast beef cooked to perfection with the cheese and then dipped in the au-jus is a mouth watering explosion of flavors and delight. We also had the fresh cut french fries nice and crispy with catsup and a pickle slice all adding up to a feast. Our waitress Megan was very friendly and attentive. I reco.mend this establishment. It has outdoor seating too.

I enjoy their food. Takeout is available. Nice place for a meal. They have a regular crowd that sit at the bar and at the tables outside. Service is good. Check out their menu on line.

Put it this way...we go there several times a year, but mostly for convenience. We are by no means daily pub flies. In short if youre not at the bar, youre not a priority. Take this as you will.

As usual, the meal was great. Portion was more than I could eat. Staff, also as usual, friendly and courteous as well. Order the club sandwich and you will see what I mean.

The food and drinks are really good, especially love to get the Shrimp Po Boys. It is hard to find a good one this side of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and this one is good. Also offering Buffalo version of the Po Boy. Have had some issues with service at times. You have to wait for attention and drinks frequently ran out while waiting. But the food is good and the atmosphere is good pub/sports bar with more than 2 TVs.

Food was pretty good, service was nice and helpful. Would return again in the future.
